Brand Strategy & GTM for VISIONS, 2023 & 2024

As a leading voice for the retail industry, Future Commerce explores the intersection of commerce x culture through newsletters, podcasts and events. Method + Mode helped the start-up media outlet expand their signature annual trend release, VISIONS, from a downloadable report into a series of quarterly events, VISIONS Summits. Each ticketed event—held in NYC, Chicago, Austin and LA—gathers innovators across disciplines for a one-day-only forum on the ever-changing impact of commerce on culture.

OUR ROLE: Create positioning, creative brief and GTM sales materials;  Identify and secure speakers/talent; Craft marketing strategy and oversee digital marketing; Moderate on-stage sessions; Field quick polls and post-event evaluation forms

KEY OUTCOMES: VISIONS Summits have redefined what an “eCommerce industry event” can be; each Summit turns out 200+ brand executives and retail operators, and adjacent content garners over 250k impressions across owned channels
