Rachel’s foundational expertise in qual & quant research methods, analytics and UX was developed agency-side at Digitas and POSSIBLE (WPP). Since 2018, Method + Mode’s insights have fueled early-stage businesses and renowned global brands alike, across beauty/wellness, fashion, CPG, tech, hospitality, and media.
