DedCool is a next generation fragrance company, stealing market share from legacy players and nurturing a thriving DTC business. To help support an ambitious 3-year plan for growth, the brand needed clarity around how their value proposition was resonating with both existing customers, and prospects.
An annual survey was initiated to explore category attitudes and needs of both active and lapsed customers, as well as non-purchasers engaging across the DedCool digital universe.
